Preach, Train, and Minister
Pastors can speak the truth of Jesus into the everyday stuff of life by preaching. Oftentimes, pastors get away with preaching something other than the gospel. So, first of all, practice regularly preaching the gospel when your people gather together.
Second, encourage your congregation to see themselves not as the people who get ministered to, but who become ministers of the gospel themselves.
