David ‘Gunner’ Gundersen (PhD, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is the dean of faculty at the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF). Gunner previously served as a lead pastor for seven years. He also served at the Master’s University and Boyce College in leadership, teaching, discipleship, and counseling. Gunner worked for fifteen years in Christian higher education as a resident director, director of student life, associate dean of men, and biblical counseling professor. He is married to Cindi, and they have four grown children.
